Cancellation & refunds

Version of November 7, 2026.

In short. Cancel anytime, no penalty. Asked for a refund within 14 days of a charge? Full refund, no questions asked. After that, access continues until the end of the paid month.

How to cancel

In the dashboard: Settings → Plan → Cancel.
In the chat: write "cancel my plan".
By email: hello@duboss.app.

Cancellation takes effect immediately: there's no further charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Your data stays available for 30 days to export or reactivate; then it's deleted.

When refunds apply

Within 14 days of any charge (the first or a renewal): full refund, no questions asked.
Our fault (service down for more than 24 consecutive hours, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation): full refund at any time.
After 14 days, with no fault on our side: no pro-rata refund; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How to request one

Email hello@duboss.app with your account email. We reply within 2 business days. The refund is issued by Paddle to the same payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Pilot

During the pilot there's no charge, so there's nothing to refund. Participants are notified before any billing starts and choose whether to continue.
