How billing works
Payments are processed by Paddle, Duboss's authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice, collects the taxes due in your country, and appears on your card statement. The price is in US dollars; the amount in your currency and any taxes are shown before you confirm.
The subscription renews automatically every month. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing hello@duboss.app; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund rules are in Cancellation & refunds.
Normal use
There is no message limit for one person's use. If usage goes far beyond that (automation, resale, machine-scale volume), we'll get in touch before taking any action. Details in the Terms of use.
Invited people
People you invite into one of your spaces use Duboss there for free, with the role you give them: owner, editor or read-only. If they want a personal space of their own, they subscribe to their own plan.
Pilot
During the pilot, access is by invitation and free of charge. Participants are notified well before any billing starts, and choose whether to continue.
